Privacy Policy Statement
We have developed this Privacy Policy because we want you to feel confident about the privacy and security of any information you give us.
We do update our Privacy Policy from time to time without notice so please check back periodically. All updates will be published on this site.
The Information we Gather and How we use it
The majority of our web site can be accessed without providing any information at all but the free trial download forms, the partner area, contact page and tool downloads require the entry of a contact name and email address as well as some basic company details.
When downloading free trials, we use your contact name and email address to send you an email containing an activation key for the trial. We may also use this information for support purposes and to remind you that the free trial period is about to expire. The system details you enter are used to ensure we provide you with source code suitable for your system.
Data entered on the business partner application form is used for partner validation and to create a personal username and password for access to our business partner web pages.
Information collected on the "Contact" page enables us to provide a comprehensive and accurate response to your inquiry by the most appropriate member of our staff. This information is only used in relation to the inquiry and is removed from our system when all issues have been fully resolved.
For free tool downloads, we use your contact name and email address to notify you of any future updates to the program you are downloading - only if the upper tick box on the download form is checked. We may also use your name and email address to notify you of important developments in Redvers products and tools - only if the lower tick box is checked. No notifications are issued if neither tick boxes are checked. The country and operating system you provide are used for statistical analysis only.
We do not send automated e-mail newsletters or information bulletins to the contact details you give us, nor will we send advertising material to your company address.
With Whom We May Share Your Information
We do not pass any of the information you give us to outside companies, contractors, subsidiaries or business partners unless you give us explicit permission.
Please be advised that in certain instances, it may be necessary for Redvers Consulting to disclose the information you give us to government officials or otherwise as required by our legal obligations.
Security and Quality of Your Information
The information you give us is held on a secure server within a secure building. The quality of the information we hold is checked periodically and removed when no longer required.
